Why Wagholi Housing Societies Association?
Our sole motto is “To make Wagholi a better place to live”
Once Wagholi was a small sleepy village in the vicinity of Pune. Now it’s the fastest-growing sub-urban area in Haveli tahasil of Pune District. Today, almost all big developers have housing and commercial projects in Wagholi, however, old Village Panchayat is the only local authority in the area which is not capable to cater needs of ever-increasing demand of civic facilities. In order to take up the demands of new residents in the area i.e. residents of newly developed housing societies with Government and Authorities, a need for an association of housing societies was being felt from sometimes. With that objective in mind residents of the housing, societies came together and formed Wagholi Housing Societies Association.
